Each survey is allocated a points value. These points will be credited to your account when you complete the survey.
Generally, the number of points you are awarded will reflect the length of the survey, as each survey is different. When your points gauge is full (or 10 points have been collected), you will be awarded with a prize. All winners will be contacted via email.
How long will the survey take?
The surveys will vary in length & you will be rewarded accordingly. Most surveys should not take more than 10 minutes to complete, however there may be surveys that take longer.
When will I be asked to participate in a survey?
When your profile matches the criteria required to participate in a survey, you will be sent an email inviting you to take part.
How do I empty my points indicator?
After you have collected 10 points and received your prize, we will re-set your points gauge so that you can start earning points towards your next prize.
How do I update my details?
You will be able to sign-in to your account through this website using your email address and personal password (which you enter during the signing up process). Once you have signed in to your account you can alter your personal details.
What if I am asked to participate in a survey but don't want to?
This is entirely up to you. You won't be penalized for not taking part in a survey.
What if I want to leave the database?
You can have your name removed from the database at any time. Just send us an email with 'unsubscribe' in the subject heading.
